The apartment has a small lawned area suitable for relaxing and sunbathing and a very pleasant large patio area equipped with table, chairs and parasols. From the patio there is a lovely view across the golf course to the near distant mountains and a side view from the patio to the Sierra Espuña.
The patio catches the sun from morning through to nightfall and beautiful sunsets over the Sierra Espuña can often be viewed from the patio.
